Can I make a booking for just 1 hour?
Sure, notice that all bookings have a minimum duration up to 2hrs. A one hour booking is therefore at the same rate.

Can I have a meeting after 9PM or during closing days?
Off course, but the organization of your meeting should be dealt with during opening hours.
Will I be able to reach you after 9PM or during closing days, concerning my booking?
Off course, when finalizing the organization of your meeting, you will be given a cell phone number that will be available outside office hours.
Can I text (SMS) you as well?
Off course you can, be it only to confirm a room number or in case of a last-minute alteration to your booking. It is in any case not possible to handle your complete booking by text messages. Messages like "who is available?" will in no case be answered.
(!) When you text us always include your name so we know who we are dealing with.
I did not receive any answer to my e-mail?
Depending on your question, the answer could take a while. Have no fear, everybody will receive an elaborate answer in due time.
Normally we will answer you within 12 hours, only if your question reaches us between 8AM and 8PM GMT.
Please do bare in mind that it will take longer for you to get your answer if you send us an e-mail during the weekend.
If, by chance you haven't received an answer to your enquiry, please do send us your message again, or just call us. Mostly people that don't get any answer are the ones that misspelled their contact data.
What is the best way to organize a meeting with one of the models?
Most importantly, it is vital you contact us well on beforehand. This gives us the chance to look into every detail of your meeting. We like giving an exclusive service, help us keep it exclusive and professional.
Plan ahead. Do note the fact that most of our models live their own professional life, and they too need to be able to plan ahead.
Do not hesitate to contact us from the minute you decide to book one (or more) models - you can do so a week, several weeks to even months on beforehand.
Requests that are clear get our full attention, off course: Please be complete.
Which means of payment does Exclusive Companions accept?
- Bank transfer: you will receive our bank details by email.
- Plastic: we accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. All credit card transactions should be confirmed at least 24hrs prior to the date of your booking. A 4% handling fee will be applied.
Rest assure: we apply strict discretion when billing is concerned. None of the electronic payments refer to, in any way, to Exclusive Companions.
- We prefer dealing with your payment in EUR. If you wish to settle in another currency let us know on forehand.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For some bookings (i.e. travel assignment) a 40% deposit + travel expenses is required to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have to cancel my booking.
How unfortunate. Cancellations are free of charge up until 48 hrs before the meeting. Should you already sent us a deposit, you can either choose to be refunded, or for us to keep it for your future booking.
Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee which will paid to the model as compensation as she already reserved her time for you.
The model cancels the booking.
Even more unfortunate and luckily very rare, yet we work with people and sometimes unplanned things happen.
Should you already sent us a deposit, you can either choose to be refunded, or for us to keep it for your future booking. In any case, we can always try to arrange for you to meet an alternative model.
How do I gain access to your VIP-section?
Be aware: our VIP-gallery is only available to our returning clientele.
To gain access to our VIP-gallery, you need to have benefited from our services in the past OR you have to be recommended to us by an acquaintance/business partner (please make sure you mention that to us).
